Your Role

In this key role, you will be the driving force behind our employee engagement. Here you will have the chance to think big and act concretely as you develop and implement the national initiatives that shape our future workplace. Your focus spans the entire employee journey – from analyzing insights from our employee surveys and translating them into engaging activities, lectures, and workshops, to ensuring smooth and positive offboarding processes.

You will be our internal expert on diversity and inclusion (DE&I), and your mission is to implement our international framework and ensure that inclusion permeates the entire employee journey. Through transparent follow-up and reporting, you will ensure that we are moving in the right direction and that our goals become a reality.

Finally, you will be our front figure for our social responsibility within HR. You will translate the global strategy into concrete, local initiatives that make a difference for Lidl Sweden. You will be responsible for reporting our CSR work and play a crucial role in reviewing and quality assuring HR themes in our public sustainability report. In your role, you will report to the Head of Employee Lifecycle.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is a humble team player with a genuine interest in people and culture. You thrive in a dynamic environment where you can combine strategic work with operational actions. It is important for you to have good collaborations, and you take pride in building trusting relationships. You also understand the connection between our employees' well-being and the company's success and can advocate for your initiatives from a business perspective. The ability to communicate, engage, and inspire comes naturally to you, both in Swedish and English. At the same time, you appreciate structure and analysis.

In terms of experience, we see that you have independently driven projects in the past and are used to identifying development potential and initiating actions and driving activities yourself. If you have experience specifically working with employee experiences and/or engagement and culture building, it is seen as very positive. Likewise, previous experience in DE&I and CSR is beneficial. Regardless, you have a strong personal commitment to these issues!
