About the position
Perido is now looking for a finance, HR, and management assistant for our client Apotekarsocieteten, an independent non-profit association with roots dating back to the 17th century that works to increase knowledge about pharmaceuticals and medical technology. The organization brings together professionals from the entire pharmaceutical chain and runs, among other things, the educational program Läkemedelsakademin and the online magazine LäkemedelsVärlden as well as a pharmaceutical historical museum. You will work alongside approximately 20 colleagues at the office in central Stockholm, where collaboration and community are the focus to support the association's members.
Your responsibilities
In this role, you will be an important support function responsible for ongoing finance, HR, and management administration. You will work independently on your tasks but will closely collaborate with colleagues internally as well as with the management team and external contacts such as suppliers, speakers, and members. The finance function consists of a finance manager and a finance, HR, and management assistant, where you together ensure good quality in accounting and follow-up and provide support to the organization in financial and personnel-related matters. Administration related to the rental of conference rooms, staffing the reception, and management support may also be included in the role. Additional tasks may arise depending on the needs of the organization.
Ongoing tasks:
- Registration of supplier invoices
- Handling of customer invoices
- Booking of cash and card payments
- Handling of expenses and bank payments
Recurring tasks:
- Payment of fees to speakers, board members, and elected representatives
- Supplier payments
- Payroll administration and salary payments
- Reporting of employer contributions
- Reconciliation of ledgers and balance accounts
- Internal invoicing between companies
- Support to the organization in invoice and financial matters as well as personnel issues
- Support to the CEO and management team in administrative matters

Qualifications:
- Completed upper secondary education, preferably with a focus on accounting
- At least three years of experience in similar tasks
- Experience with financial systems and payroll systems
- Good knowledge of the Office suite
- Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
Meritorious:
- Experience with Hogia
Scope and start date
Full-time, consultancy assignment for 12 months, with the possibility of permanent employment with the client thereafter. Start date no later than 2026-05-01, preferably earlier.
