At Chas, we have an expansive journey ahead of us and therefore want to expand our team of Tech recruiters in the expansion department to seek new talents in the market. We are looking for someone whose social skills are one of your main tools, combined with a fearless and persistent attitude. We actively work with our recruitment, which means that the work largely revolves around finding effective contact points and creating new connections.

Chas is a company that truly invests in CSR work; we believe in doing more than just donating money. We have had projects where several of our consultants have gone to Laos to build a micro-economy in the jungle. We have held development courses in socially disadvantaged areas and distributed food to the homeless. About the Job

We see that you have good social skills, a strong drive, and an interest in broadening your network by contacting and listening to skilled system developers. You are driven and motivated to move dialogues forward and actively work to arrange interviews with system developers and other types of consultants and are happy to be creative in your successes. You are our face to the consultants and have a good ability to sell our company and our values.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is seeking a position where you want to develop your skills in sales or recruitment
• You have a technical interest.
• Have previous experience in either sales and/or recruitment.
• You are not afraid to pick up the phone and make cold calls.
• Are proactive, solution-oriented, and results- and business-driven
• Are stimulated by building strong and long-term relationships with your consultants/candidates
• Are curious, outgoing, enjoy having many contact points, and have good communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent in Swedish and have good knowledge of English.
