Job Responsibilities

• work with student groups and individual students based on established planning or within the framework of measures within special support
• actively contribute to the development of learning environments, leadership and stimulation, as well as pedagogy, didactics, and leadership in the classroom
• drive the work with leadership and stimulation, as well as extra adaptations
• work with interventions, follow up, analyze, and document within the framework of the systematic quality work at the individual and process level
• provide guidance, consultation, and professional development to staff
• conduct surveys, analyses, and investigations
• manage contacts with staff, guardians, and students as well as other internal and external contacts
• support educators in the work with pedagogical planning, pedagogical investigations, evaluation of teaching, and follow-up of interventions

Qualifications

Sköllersta school is currently looking for a licensed special education teacher with a focus on mathematics development. If you have also been employed as a lead teacher in mathematics, that is also of interest. We are looking for someone who is secure in their professional role, easily adapts to the needs of the operation, and enjoys development work. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
