LKAB Berg & Betong is a leading group providing full-service solutions for the mining and construction industry. We perform underground driving and rock reinforcement in LKAB's mines, manufacture concrete, and process waste rock into gravel and crushed stone.

Your role

As a production manager, you lead and distribute the daily work within shotcrete and ensure that assignments are planned and executed efficiently and safely. You maintain ongoing dialogue with internal clients, prioritize work, and create structure in everyday life. The role also involves supporting the manager by relieving operational tasks and contributing to a stable and well-functioning operation.

You are flexible and confident in your decisions, with the ability to prioritize and create structure in a day where needs vary. Since the role involves many contact points, you must communicate clearly, collaborate smoothly with others, and build good relationships. You have a hands-on and practical approach to your work and ensure that assignments are carried out safely, efficiently, and with high quality. We expect you to have:

• Good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form, as well as basic knowledge of English.
• Approved high school grades or equivalent.
• Driver's license for manual transmission.

It is advantageous to have:

• Experience working underground such as tunneling or similar.
• Good knowledge of the Office suite.
