Nkraft is now looking for a Working Site Manager in earthworks and construction.

This is a role for you who thrives on responsibility, enjoys driving projects forward, and is not afraid to participate in production yourself.

About the position

As a working site manager, you will play a key role in our projects. You will lead the daily work on-site while also participating practically in production.

You are responsible for ensuring that the work is carried out efficiently, safely, and according to schedule – with support from management but with a large degree of autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and distribute the daily work on-site
• Participate practically in earthworks and construction tasks
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations
• Maintain ongoing contact with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Plan resources and materials
• Follow up on quality, production, and schedule

We are looking for someone who

• Has documented experience in earthworks and construction
• Has at least 2 years of experience in management (requirement)
• Is structured, solution-oriented, and responsible
• Can drive projects independently with support from management
• Has good collaboration skills and natural leadership qualities
• Holds a valid driver's license (requirement)
