About the position

In the role of civil and construction worker at HÖ Allbygg, you will work on varied and exciting projects in the Boden and Luleå area.

Your tasks will include:

• Foundation work
• Drainage
• Water and sewage work
• Paving

The work is outdoors in all weather conditions, and you have comfortable working hours: daytime, Monday to Friday.

You will start your employment with an introduction where we ensure that you receive thorough onboarding and quickly get into both the role and the company. Together with your manager, you will create a joint plan for your development with us. The peak season runs from May to November 2026, and there are good opportunities for further employment if the collaboration works well for both parties.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a valid B driver's license (requirement for the position)
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

It is advantageous if you have:

• Experience or education in civil/construction work, such as water and sewage work, paving, or stone laying

As a person, you are unpretentious, cooperative, and curious with a strong desire to develop.
