🌟 We are looking for a Project Coordinator for Boliden Aitik! 🌟
Do you want to be the hub of one of Boliden's major industrial projects? As a project coordinator,
you will support project and construction managers with planning, coordination, and documentation –
ensuring that the project runs smoothly from start to finish.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Coordinating project activities and sub-projects
• Monitoring deviations and timelines
• Supporting construction and project managers with daily inquiries
• Managing documentation in Teams/DMS
• Planning and documenting meetings
• Being an important link between projects, operations, and contractors
We are looking for someone who:
• Is structured, communicative, and solution-oriented
• Has experience in project support/coordinating
• Thrives in a role with many points of contact
• Has a strong focus on safety
📍 Location: Aitik
📅 Start: According to agreement
