We are looking for a key person who will have overall responsibility for the construction site and ensure that the project is executed according to schedule, budget, and applicable quality and safety requirements. Modulmontage, part of Part Group, has been commissioned to build a new residential area in central Kiruna – and we are now looking for a dedicated site manager who wants to lead this exciting project from planning to completion.

About the role

As a site manager, you are responsible for planning, leading, and distributing the daily work on the construction site and following up on the project's schedule.

You ensure that all building standards, agreements, safety regulations, and quality requirements are met, coordinate deliveries and efforts from subcontractors, and lead weekly construction meetings where progress is documented.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with previous experience in construction projects, preferably in a leading or coordinating role.

You have relevant education, such as:

· YH education as a construction production manager, site manager for construction and civil engineering

· Or an experience-based path with a craft background and further education to site manager.

You should also have:

· Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

· Good computer skills – experience with 3D drawing programs like Archicad or Intel is an advantage.

· BAS-U certification (mandatory).

· Structured and meticulous.

· Communicates clearly and without pretense.

· Has a flexible working style.

· Interested in technology and comfortable with 3D drawings.
