About the position

As a construction worker at NYAB, you will have a varied everyday life where you work on interesting projects for our clients. Your tasks include:

• Excavation work for foundations
• Paving
• Adjustment for asphalting
• Water and sewage works

The work is mainly outdoors and the projects vary in scope. To make your everyday life smooth, you will have access to a company car if needed and primarily work daytime, Mon-Fri from 07:00 to 16:00. Weekend and evening work may occur if necessary.

You will start your employment with an introduction where we ensure that you receive solid onboarding and quickly get into both the role and the company. Together with your manager, you will create a joint plan for your development with us. The peak season runs from May to November 2026, and there are good opportunities for further employment if the collaboration works well for both parties.

We are looking for you who

We believe that your commitment and drive are the most important factors for thriving and succeeding with us. You are a team player who enjoys collaborating but is also comfortable working independently when required.

To be considered for the role, we see that you:

• Have a valid driver's license (B)
• Master Swedish in both spoken and written form

It is advantageous if you have:

• Experience or education in construction, such as water and sewage works, paving, or stone setting
• Experience in reading blueprints
• Certificates for Work on the Road and/or Safe Construction are advantageous; these trainings can otherwise be provided on-site at NYAB.
