Your role

As a maintenance technician, your main task is to support the production units with property maintenance and maintenance of auxiliary equipment in our facilities – for example, gates, cranes, and ventilation systems. You work independently but closely with both internal customers and external partners and operate throughout our organization.

Main responsibilities:

• Coordinate and follow up with external parties for inspections, supervision, and actions.
• Ensure that documentation, standards, and customer requirements are met.
• Create and maintain structures for recurring checks.
• Drive and participate in issues within the business area as well as improvement work in the section.
• Build and develop relationships with customers and clients.
• Initiate and participate in meetings and customer forums.
• Independently drive issues and improvement initiatives in consultation with the section manager.
• Work with routines and systems to develop and streamline operations.

What you bring with you

As a maintenance technician in property, you will become an important part of our team and contribute with your expertise, commitment, and ability to create structure. You work independently but closely with both internal customers and external partners and operate throughout our organization. To thrive in the role, we see that you have the ability to take your own initiatives, enjoy having responsibility and solving problems, and are flexible. In addition, you also have:

• High school diploma or equivalent, preferably with a technical focus
• Driving license for manual transmission
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Planned preventive maintenance
• Experience with work order and maintenance systems (IFS, Monitor)
• Experience with documentation and reporting the status of technical systems

It is an advantage if you have:

• Knowledge of pressurized equipment (AFS 2016:1)
• Experience with lifting equipment and lifting tools
• Experience with operations and maintenance work
• Knowledge of ventilation, plumbing, and heating systems
• Competence in electrical, lighting, and construction technology/local adaptations
