Havator AB specializes in heavy lifting and advanced relocations, both vertically and horizontally. With mobile cranes, heavy trailers, and special equipment, we carry out assignments where precision, safety, and competence are crucial.

About the role

• You assist the depot manager and have a central role in planning, work preparation, and follow-up of our assignments.
• You are responsible for operational leadership and have daily contact with the staff you lead, but do not have formal personnel responsibility.
• You are also responsible for invoicing completed assignments. This means ensuring that work hours, machine time, and additional work are registered correctly and that invoicing occurs on time and according to agreements.
• You are a clear leader who creates structure, engagement, and safety in the projects.
• You are a natural link between planning, production, and the customer.

Qualifications

Requirements:

· Experience in a similar technical role and working with some type of machinery

· Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish and English

· Good computer skills

· Driver's license B

Preferred:

· Any form of relevant education in technology and/or leadership

· Experience working with heavy mobile machinery

· Leadership experience

· Knowledge of Finnish

Employment conditions

• Working hours: 100 %
• Working time according to a rotating schedule of 7 days of work followed by 7 days off
• Location: Kiruna, but the work area covers the entire Malmfälten
