We are now recruiting roof truss manufacturers for the family-owned company Arvidsson's Roof Trusses – a growing and established supplier of roof trusses throughout Sweden.

About the position

Do you enjoy working practically and have an eye for quality?

As a roof truss manufacturer at Arvidsson's Roof Trusses, you will work with the production of high-quality roof trusses in a modern and clean workshop environment. You will work from finished drawings and customer orders and use machines, presses, and tools in production on a daily basis.

You will be part of an engaged team that values collaboration, quality, and a good working environment.

Working hours: Monday–Friday from 07:00 to 16:00, overtime may occur.

Employment type: Full-time, consulting assignment via Human Talent for approximately 6 months with good opportunities for extension.

Job responsibilities

• Woodworking and assembly of roof trusses
• Reading blueprints
• Using presses, machines, and tools
• Safe handling of machines and materials
• Contributing to order and safety in production
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure the highest quality

The work is physical and requires good physical condition.

Your profile

As a person, you are engaged, responsible, and enjoy working practically with others. You take pride in your work and contribute a positive attitude to the group.

We are looking for someone who is:

• Driven, meticulous, and responsible
• Cooperative and team-oriented
• Practical and technically interested
• In good physical shape
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• At least 18 years old

We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Meritorious

• Experience in industrial or production work
• Knowledge of reading blueprints
• Forklift license
• Experience from construction, wood, or craftsmanship

The most important thing is your attitude, willingness to work, and ability to contribute to the team.
