HÖ Allbygg is now looking for civil and construction workers to join its team in Kiruna. Do you want to work on exciting projects in a company with great development opportunities? About the position

In the role of civil and construction worker at HÖ Allbygg, you will work on varied and interesting projects.

Your tasks will include:

• Foundation work
• Drainage
• Water and sewage work
• Paving

The work takes place outdoors in all weather conditions, with working hours scheduled from Monday to Wednesday from 07:00 to 19:00, and you finish at lunch on Thursdays. By working longer days at the beginning of the week, you make up for Friday and half of Thursday, resulting in a shorter workweek. The position is a full-time employment covering a total of 40 hours per week, and varying working hours may occur as needed.

You will start your employment with an introduction where we ensure that you receive thorough onboarding and quickly integrate into both the role and the company. Together with your manager, you will create a joint plan for your development with us. The peak season runs from May to November 2026, and there are good opportunities for continued employment if the collaboration works well for both parties.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a B driver's license (requirement for the position)
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

It is a merit if you have:

• Experience or education in civil/construction, such as water and sewage work, paving, or stone setting

As a person, you are unpretentious, cooperative, and curious with a strong desire to develop.
