What does a site manager do at CWN?

As a site manager, you work closely with the project site manager to ensure that contracts and agreements are adhered to with respect to the client. As a site manager, you report to the site manager, where your main tasks are:

  • To plan, lead, and distribute tasks towards the project's goals.
  • Participate in daily production management on the site regarding time, quality, work environment, and cost.
  • Ensure that assigned work environment tasks are followed and that work is performed according to applicable regulations.
  • Coordinate resources on assigned projects together with the site manager.
  • Daily documentation of deviations and questions.
  • Participate in inspections and meetings with the site manager.
  • Participate in the establishment and implementation of work preparations.

Of course, it is a team effort – everyone in the project works towards the same goal; to execute the project in the best possible way.

  • Education at the high school level or other education deemed equivalent
  • Driver's license (B)
  • Work experience from a similar role, in the construction and/or civil engineering industry is an advantage
