Site Manager for Project

We are now looking for an organized and committed site manager for a project in Kiruna. Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where you lead teams, plan production, and ensure delivery with high quality and safety? Then this could be the role for you.

About the role As a site manager, you are responsible for leading and distributing the daily work in the project, focusing on traffic devices and road work. You plan staffing and resources, follow up on production, quality, work environment, and finances, and ensure that the work is carried out according to applicable traffic plans and the Swedish Transport Administration's regulations. The role involves close collaboration with clients, subcontractors, and internal functions.

Examples of tasks:

• Planning, scheduling, and resource allocation according to the project's timeline
• Establishment/dismantling and supervision of traffic devices and closures
• Ordering materials, logistics, and goods reception
• Risk assessments, work preparations, self-checks, and documentation
• Ongoing customer contact, handling deviations, and ensuring good service
• Monitoring production, quality, and costs, as well as reporting in the project's system

The work may involve shift work, evening and night work, as well as periodic work in other locations during the workweek.

Requirements:

• Driving license B
• Work experience as a site manager/team leader in construction, road work, rental/logistics, or similar
• You speak and write fluently in Swedish
• Good digital skills (planning and documentation systems)

Meritorious:

• Swedish Transport Administration's requirement courses for road work level 1.1–1.3 and APV 2.1, 2.2, and 2.3
• Experience in road operation and maintenance, traffic devices, and TMA driving
• Driving license C and YKB, BE driving license
