HR Specialist Wanted
We are looking for an HR specialist who wants to drive recruitment from start to finish and create an experience that makes a difference – for both candidates and managers.

In the HR unit, we drive and develop the authority's personnel and payroll policies, work with strategic competence supply, recruitment, and further develop the work environment efforts.

About the Position
In the role of HR specialist, you will primarily work with recruitment. You will drive the entire recruitment process from start to finish and be an important support to our recruiting managers in both operational and strategic matters.
Your main tasks:
- Drive and be responsible for entire recruitment processes – from requirement profiles and advertising to selection, interviews, and hiring
- Be a close and coaching support to recruiting managers throughout the process
- Be responsible for the administration in our recruitment system
- Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience in all parts of the process
- Support managers in recruitment-related questions based on applicable laws, regulations, and internal guidelines
Your place of work is: Stockholm
We are looking for someone who has:
- At least 3 years of experience, within the last 10 years, working with recruitment in the public sector.
- Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
The following is meritorious:
- Completed the Personnel and Organization Theory Program or equivalent at the bachelor's level.
- Completed vocational training in the HR field that includes recruitment.
- Experience working with the recruitment tool ReachMee
As a person, we are looking for someone who works in a structured manner and has the ability to drive recruitment processes independently. You are results-oriented, take responsibility for achieving set goals, and ensure that each step in the process is carried out with high quality. Your communication skills allow you to create clarity and trust in dialogue with both managers and candidates. Through your professional support, you contribute to a fair and efficient recruitment process throughout the organization.
