The authority's HR department plays a central and important role in supporting both the current and future organization and ensuring that HR processes meet the authority's needs.

Competence supply and a purposeful employer policy are crucial for achieving good operational results and for managing the continued growth expected in the future. The HR department is characterized by high ambition and great commitment, where collaboration is a prerequisite for our joint success.

Job Description

The main tasks of the HR specialist are to support the authority's various operations through labor law advice, develop labor law processes, and contribute to the development of collective agreements and collaboration. The unit works based on the needs of the operations, which means both operational and strategic work within the areas of labor law and wage formation. The unit is also responsible for handling dispute negotiations and for training initiatives within the HR department and towards managers.

Currently, there is work within the authority to develop collaboration with our union partners. This work includes a review of collaboration agreements, competence-enhancing measures, and application support.

Since we work based on the needs of the operations, the role involves a large amount of operational work together with other HR specialists, HR partners, and sometimes managers in the organization. We have an open atmosphere and collaborate closely within the unit, but it is also important that you can work independently.

Our Offer

The position is a permanent full-time employment that begins with a six-month probationary period. Start date according to agreement. The place of employment is Solna.

Basic Requirements for the Position

  • Relevant academic education, preferably in human resources with a focus on labor law, law degree, or other education that the employer deems relevant
  • Have many years of qualified experience in strategic and operational HR work within HR functions, employer or employee organizations, or other experience that the employer deems equivalent
  • Have in-depth knowledge of labor law and documented experience of qualified consultative advice and negotiation

Other Merits for the Position

  • Experience working with collaboration agreements and their application
  • Experience managing organizational changes
  • Experience working with both operational and strategic HR issues
  • Experience in the public sector agreement area
