HR Partner for Customer-Owned Organization
Do you want to drive HR work in a customer-owned and sales-focused organization? We are looking for an experienced and business-oriented HR Partner with strong self-drive and deep HR competence, who wants to make a real difference for the business and create genuine value.
As an HR Partner with us, you will have a central and influential role where you can impact and develop the organization. You will be part of the management teams for two business-critical units – Banking & Life and Insurance & Digital Sales – and provide close and strategic support to managers and leadership. The role entails overall responsibility for HR support to these units, with a total of 28 managers and approximately 330 employees. You will work closely with management and managers, drive qualified HR issues, and contribute strategically to matters such as talent supply and organizational development.
Your Mission
As an HR Partner, you will have independent responsibility for ensuring professional and business-oriented HR support within your units. The role is operational with a clear strategic perspective.
You will, among other things:
- Independently drive labor law matters, including union negotiations, rehabilitation cases, and reorganizations
- Provide qualified support to management teams and managers in both operational and strategic personnel matters
- Ensure that HR processes and decisions are business-oriented, value-driven, and in line with laws and collective agreements
- Work proactively with strategic talent supply, particularly related to the future needs of the sales organization
- Contribute to the development of HR processes and working methods within the company
You will be part of the HR & Workplace team and collaborate closely with the HR manager, another HR Partner, an HR coordinator, and a recruitment specialist. You will also have contact and collaborations with other colleagues within the organization and the Länsförsäkringsgruppen.
We are looking for someone who has
- Solid experience in qualified HR work in a complex organization
- Documented experience in independently driving labor law matters and union negotiations
- Experience supporting managers at various levels and working closely with management teams
- A degree in HR or equivalent
- Experience in strategic talent supply is an advantage.
- Experience from banking, insurance, or other regulated activities is a plus
