We are looking for a senior accounting economist for a consulting assignment starting immediately. The assignment involves stepping into a larger real estate company with a need to strengthen its accounting function for a period.

The role involves independently managing accounting and monthly closings in a complex real estate operation with clear processes, high quality requirements, and established timelines.

• Ongoing accounting related to real estate operations

• Independently manage monthly closings including reconciliations

• Prepare accruals and ensure correct results and balance

• Participate in quarterly and annual closings

• Ensure quality in internal and external reporting

• Provide support to the business in accounting-related questions.

You are an experienced accounting economist with a background in the real estate industry and accustomed to working in larger organizations. You are confident in your skills, structured, and work independently towards set deadlines.

You quickly adapt to new environments and contribute stability, quality, and clarity in accounting work.

The assignment starts as soon as possible and is expected to last for about six months. The scope is part-time, approximately 80 to 100 percent depending on your availability. Placement in Stockholm with the possibility of some hybrid work.

This is a consulting assignment. You choose whether you want to be employed by us at VIEW Group or invoice with an F-tax certificate.
