Tillväxtstöd Sverige AB started its operations at the turn of the year, but the company has been developed and built up intensively throughout the autumn. Right now, we are in an expansive phase throughout Q1, with increased demand and more customer assignments than ever. We are now looking for someone who wants to step into a company with strong forward momentum and help shape our continued growth.

About us

Tillväxtstöd Sverige AB specializes in identifying financing opportunities and supporting companies throughout the application process – from analysis and qualification to submitted applications and follow-up. We work in a structured, digital manner and closely with our clients, focusing on quality, transparency, and results.

About the role

You should have 1-2 years of experience from previous work as an administrator and daily customer contact. If you do not have this, it is advantageous if you have a degree in economics or business law. We offer internal training during your first two weeks regardless. As an administrator with us, you will play a central role in our customer assignments. You will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining daily contact with entrepreneurs and customers
  • Analyzing companies' financial data and declarations
  • Navigating and assessing information via the company's tax account
  • Processing and administering applications for EU support and other grants
  • Ensuring that applications meet formal requirements and deadlines
  • Following up on cases and documentation regarding the authorities' decision-making

The role requires high accuracy, good analytical skills, and a professional approach.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience analyzing declarations and financial data
  • Is comfortable navigating a company's tax account
  • Has good administrative skills and works in a structured manner
  • Is communicative and enjoys customer contact
  • Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

  • Bachelor's degree in economics
  • Business law bachelor's degree
  • Experience in grant management, accounting, or government work

Workplace & working method

Immediate start on March 1, 2026. Recruitment will take place continuously, and we will hire a total of 3 administrators during March/April.

The work is conducted digitally until April 1, 2026, in our digital office environments via Teams. After that, we will move to our new office near T-Centralen in Stockholm.
