About the role Are you the service professional we are looking for?
In collaboration with a leading player in the real estate industry, we are developing the office and workplace experiences of the future, where professional, creative, and representative hospitality is at the center.
We are now looking for someone who is passionate about connecting people and wants to create hospitality beyond the ordinary.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to set the tone for a new level of service delivery in a vibrant and modern office building in central Stockholm. You will be the property’s and concept’s foremost ambassador, creating creative, inclusive, and value-adding meeting places and happenings for tenants, visitors, and future clients.
Together with your colleagues, you will ensure a warm, professional, and proactive reception for everyone in the building, while also driving the development of the service concept forward. One day you might plan a live performance on the rooftop bar, the next morning you may welcome tenants with a refreshing ginger shot? The possibilities are many, and it is your creativity that will shape the experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming, guiding, and inspiring visitors and tenants
Handling inquiries, access cards, and keys
Performing standard reception duties
Proactively working on development to enhance service levels
Being an ambassador for the concept and contributing to future development and scaling

You thrive in coordinating, planning, and keeping everything together in a dynamic environment.
We would like you to have:
Solid experience in service, preferably from a similar role
Some experience in leadership and personnel responsibility
Administrative skills and good knowledge of the Office suite
Fluency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written
Another main occupation
About the employment Employment type: Fixed-term employment until the end of October with a high chance of extension Scope: Part-time 20% Working hours: Office hours, every Friday from approximately 09:00 to 18:00 Start date: March 2026
