The Secretary Unit is part of the Child and Adolescent Clinic in Sundsvall. We conduct an exciting and broad operation with emergency reception, day care, telephone counseling, nurse-led clinics, and medical consultations. We meet patients both with acute illnesses, chronic conditions, and conduct investigations based on referrals from, for example, outpatient care.

The County Operations for Child and Adolescent Medicine are located in Sundsvall, Örnsköldsvik, and Sollefteå. In Sundsvall, in addition to the child and adolescent clinic, we also have the child and adolescent department 44, the neonatal department 45, play therapy, and the physician unit.

We are now looking for a medical secretary for Child and Adolescent Medicine in Sundsvall. The position is a permanent full-time employment, with start date according to agreement.

In your role as a medical secretary, dictation writing in Cosmic is included, which we prioritize. The work also includes:

• Mail handling
• Referral management
• Regular tasks for a medical secretary

With us, you work Monday to Friday approximately from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Once you are trained and self-sufficient, there is an opportunity to work remotely one day a week.

We are looking for someone who

• Is a trained medical secretary
• Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

It is advantageous if you

• Have experience working in the Cosmic journal system
• Have previous work experience in dictation writing
