As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for creating new business and developing existing customer relationships within the mining, metal, and steel industries in northern Sweden. You will work with complex sales and long-term customer relationships, where you offer chemical solutions linked to digital tools and process optimization. The role involves both strategic and hands-on work with a strong focus on expansion and project management with customers.

Job Responsibilities

The role includes the sale of chemicals linked to digital tools and process optimization. You will work with consultative sales and long-term relationships. Initial lab testing, follow-up, optimization, and implementation in customers' processes.

• Create new sales within the mining, metal, and steel industries

• Maintain and develop existing customer relationships

• Drive growth in Northern Sweden

• Conduct lab testing and optimization with customers

• Implement and follow up on chemical solutions

• Identify and engage new potential customers

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience from the mining, metal, steel, or refinery industries

• Has a technical background such as a process engineer from the above industries or sales experience targeting these industries

• Has a good understanding of industrial processes

• Holds an engineering degree (chemical, mechanical, or industrial engineering) or a degree in life sciences (biology, chemistry, etc.). Typically, 6–10+ years of successful experience in technical sales or technical sales support/field sales support.
