Are you service-oriented and solution-focused?

We are currently looking for a Service Desk Agent for a consulting assignment in Eskilstuna starting in March. The assignment is initially until the end of August, with the possibility of extension. You will be employed by Poolia and work on-site with our client in the public sector.

About the position

As a Service Desk Agent, you will work in an organization that supports users within a larger regional organization with essential community services. You will assist employees across various professional fields – from healthcare personnel to administrative functions and cultural activities.

The Service Desk handles all types of inquiries related to healthcare systems, IT, and telephony. This may include error reports, orders, user support, inquiries, requests, and access management.

The work involves extensive phone contact with users where you troubleshoot, guide, and find solutions. You will document all cases in a case management system and collaborate closely with other service desk agents and support technicians within the IT organization.

Working hours are currently Monday to Friday, divided into two shifts: 07:00–16:00 and 08:00–17:00. Working hours may change based on the needs of the organization.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is self-driven and thrives in a fast-paced role with a lot of customer contact. You are familiar with working in case management systems and use the phone as your primary communication tool. You have good experience in troubleshooting within a Windows environment and feel comfortable working in Active Directory, Azure AD, MS Office, Citrix, and remote control. You possess analytical skills and are comfortable structuring, prioritizing, and documenting your work.

As a person, you are communicative, solution-oriented, and driven with good social skills. You work in a structured manner, are flexible in your approach, and enjoy collaborating while taking responsibility for your tasks.
