We are now looking for a customer service representative for an internationally active company in the medical technology sector. About the position
At Perido, we are looking for a customer service representative for our client, a Swedish company that operates globally in the production and provision of mobility aids, lifting and transfer products, hospital beds, medical equipment, and furniture for healthcare. The position is based at the client’s office in Stockholm.
Your responsibilities
As a customer service representative, you will handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email, register orders, and ensure that all information is correct in the company's systems. You will work closely with purchasing, logistics, and sales to ensure that customers receive the best possible service and delivery accuracy.
Your main tasks
- Manage incoming customer contacts via phone and email
- Register orders and discrepancies in the business system
- Follow up on deliveries and coordinate service and repair flows
- Be the contact person for subsidiaries, customers, international distributors, and logistics partners
- Collaborate with purchasing to ensure delivery times and availability
- Prepare sales reports and manage telephony and switchboard
- Participate in improvement work within the delivery and customer service organization
Your qualities
To succeed in this role, we believe that you have experience in customer service, order administration, or a similar role, preferably from a technical or logistical environment. You are solution-oriented, service-minded, meticulous, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment. You have good communication skills and are used to collaborating across departmental boundaries.

Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service or order management
- Good system proficiency and experience with ERP systems
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- A positive and solution-oriented attitude
Scope and start date
Full-time, consultancy assignment for 6 months, with the possibility of permanent employment with the client thereafter. Immediate start.
