We are looking for a Buyer for an authority within traffic, with a particular focus on procurement and support in regulated purchasing processes.

This is a consulting assignment. The location is Stockholm.

The position is part-time at 50%.

The assignment involves close collaboration with the client, which places high demands on flexibility and teamwork.

The Assignment

As a resource consultant in procurement, you will assist the organization with expertise and support to ensure that the purchasing and procurement activities are carried out correctly according to regulations. The role involves guidance, risk assessment of purchasing needs over 100,000 SEK, support in direct procurements and renewed competition procurements, as well as knowledge transfer and development of both function and organization.

Responsibilities

Lead and support the organization in direct procurement processes according to the responsibility model

Lead and support the organization in renewed competition procurements

Conduct procurements as needed

Support the organization with contract issues and interpretation of terms

Assist the gatekeeper with supplementary orders and direct procurement cases

Develop the function for efficiency and optimization of work

Contribute to the development of the group and section

Communicate the function's mission and contribute expertise to the organization

Train the organization within the area of responsibility at the start of the assignment

Requirements (Mandatory)

You must have an academic degree in a relevant field (e.g., economics, law, engineering, behavioral science) or a degree from a procurement-focused vocational education or similar.

You must have experience working in a procurement tool such as Visma Tendsign, E-avrop in at least one (1) assignment that is ongoing/has been ongoing within the last two (2) years.

You must have at least four (4) years of experience in the relevant field (procurement or purchasing within/for the public sector).

You must have conducted one (1) IT-related procurement.

You must have conducted at least one (1) construction procurement in the last 4 years.

Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.

Meritorious

You should have experience conducting at least three (3) construction procurements.

You should have experience conducting at least three (3) IT-related procurements.
