About the Job

Do you want to work in corporate sales in a role where you can combine business acumen with an attractive compensation model? We are now looking for driven B2B salespeople for our office in Solna – conveniently located near both commuter trains and Mall of Scandinavia.

As a B2B salesperson at SuperB Group AB, you will work with small and medium-sized enterprises and offer competitive electricity agreements over the phone. We collaborate with Sweden's and the Nordics' largest electricity supplier, giving you well-known and strong products to represent.

In this role, you will take over booked meetings with corporate clients and be responsible for driving the business forward and to completion. You will build trust with decision-makers. The work is goal-oriented with clear performance requirements and gives you great opportunities to influence your own income through your performance.

What We Offer:

Base Salary + Generous Commission Fixed base salary based on experience and a commission model with the potential for very good income levels.

35-Hour Workweek Monday–Thursday: 09:00–17:15 Friday: 09:00–16:00

25 Vacation Days Per Year

Development and Community Continuous training, coaching, and follow-up to strengthen your business skills. We also organize after-work events, sales competitions, and team activities.

Wellness Hour 1 hour of wellness per week.

Employment Type: Full-time

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has experience in telephone sales, preferably B2B

  • Is business-minded, communicative, and has an easy time building trust with decision-makers

  • Has a strong drive and is motivated to reach and exceed set goals

  • Is structured and results-oriented

  • Speaks and writes fluent Swedish

Employment and Start: We apply a 6-month probationary period that transitions into a permanent position. Start date is ongoing by agreement.
