The multiprofessional team consists of doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, dietitians, social workers, speech therapists, cultural coordinators, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists. As a social worker, your tasks include:

• Support for patients and relatives.

• Collaboration with authorities, such as municipalities, and the multiprofessional team.

• Application for guardianship.

• Issuing certificates that support the need for, for example, fund resources and senior housing.

• Documentation in Take Care.

• Collective agreement, flexible agreement.

• Present manager.

• Competence development, introduction with the regular social worker for one week.

• An inclusive workplace where we learn from each other.

• Possibility of extension of employment/hourly employment.

• Individual salary setting.

This position will be filled at the end of May/beginning of June 2026 or by agreement. Interviews and hiring may occur before the application deadline.

You need to have a degree in social work, preferably with experience in social work. We appreciate independence and flexibility. We place great importance on personal suitability.

Merit: Licensed healthcare social worker or ongoing education.
