Personal Assistant Wanted

Hello!

I am looking for a Personal Assistant for my team at 75% who can work days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts. Is that you?

This is me:

I am a 14-year-old girl living in Rönninge and attending school in Fruängen. I am cheerful and full of energy – and I need support in my daily life. I love horses, fashion, and music, and in my free time, I enjoy riding, shopping for clothes, or listening to music. I like when things happen and need help taking initiative.

I need support with communication and mobility, among other things. You will be an important part of my training with assistive devices and my active life. Some days are busy, while others are calmer – you need to be able to handle both. You will also help me take space and interpret me so that others understand what I mean. I am also engaged in rights for children and young people with disabilities and often go to Almedalen to talk to politicians.

As my assistant, you will:

be with me both at home and at school, providing support in various daily activities – from schoolwork and training to leisure and interests. This is a job that requires a long-term perspective, as you will become an important part of my life.

This is you:

• You are a girl.
• You are proactive and make things happen.
• You are reliable, responsible, and punctual – this is important for me and my team.
• You can help me take space and interpret me so that I am understood in different contexts.
• You have patience, humor, and energy, and enjoy being part of a daily life that includes movement, horses, music, and fashion.
• You preferably live near Rönninge or Fruängen, as the shifts start and end where I am (usually at home in Rönninge or at school).
• You enjoy an active life and can support me in my training with assistive devices, but also be calm and present when the day is quieter.
• You are tall and in good physical shape, as the job involves mobility, training with assistive devices, and active work. It is a plus if you train yourself, as the work is physical and requires strength.

About the position:

You will work approximately 75% during days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts. If needed, we would appreciate if you could take an extra shift here and there. There is also a shared staffing responsibility that will require a separate agreement and you will receive additional compensation for that.
