JOB DESCRIPTION

As a staffing planner, you will work with both short- and long-term personnel planning. Primarily, you will plan staff belonging to the remand and prison in Kalmar, but you are also expected to support colleagues working in other areas of the region. You will be part of the Coordinated Staffing team, where the majority of the workgroup is located at the regional office in Linköping.

In your role as a staffing planner, you will work with:

• Continuous contact with core operations and meeting the daily needs of the operations
• Working with short- and long-term vacancies
• Vacation and training planning
• Forecasting and planning staffing in a quality-assured and efficient manner
• Planning staff according to laws, routines, and collective agreements
• Proactively working to achieve set goals

QUALIFICATIONS

You easily adapt to changing circumstances. You take responsibility for your tasks. You work well with others. You are calm, attentive, and accommodating in your interactions. You plan, organize, and prioritize work effectively.

We are looking for someone who has:

• High school diploma or other education combined with experience deemed relevant by Kriminalvården
• Experience in staffing planning/ranking
• Experience with larger personnel and staffing systems, such as Heroma
• Very good knowledge of staffing planning
• Ability to express yourself well in spoken and written Swedish
• Good knowledge of laws and agreements
• Very good computer skills

It is an advantage if you have:

• Additional education in labor law, human resource management
• Additional education in payroll processing
• Experience working in the public sector
• Experience with state collective agreements
• Experience with Heroma
• Experience in payroll processing
