At the Adult Unit, there are a total of seven social workers, four focused on harmful use and dependency (SoL and LVM), three social workers focused on social psychiatry (SoL), one senior social worker, one coordinator, three treatment assistants, and one unit manager.

We are now looking for a temporary colleague who wants to join our team and cover for one of the caseworkers focused on social psychiatry!

Our unit has a good collegial cohesion with great commitment and knowledge. Your Assignment

As a social worker at the Adult Unit, you are responsible for investigating, assessing, deciding on, and following up on interventions for individuals with disabilities, based on the Social Services Act. You work independently with conversations and counseling, but also in collaboration with other authorities and care providers.

As a social worker, we are looking for someone who encourages dialogue, participation, and engagement. You understand the common mission, act accordingly, and contribute to the whole. You have a good attitude, enjoy collaborating, and perform your tasks with genuine interest.

Requirements for the Position

Mandatory:

• Degree in Social Work.
• Experience in public authority work.
• Good knowledge of legislation (SoL).
• Strong ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate clearly as the work involves cooperation with various units and authorities.
• Driver's license.

Meritorious:

• Experience working in the field of social psychiatry.
• Experience working in Härryda municipality, preferably in public authority work.
• Familiarity with or experience of the IBIC method.
• Knowledge/experience of the operational systems Combine and Treserva.

To obtain employment, a police record extract must be presented.
