We are now looking for an additional dedicated person for a position of 40 hours per week, including on-call duty, with our client in Gråbo (Lerum municipality). The work consists of day and evening shifts as well as fixed awake night shifts, including night shifts with on-call duty. With a fixed schedule, it becomes easier for you to plan your life and know when you are working.
You will contribute to a safe and meaningful everyday life for a 27-year-old girl with extensive care needs. She communicates using aids and understands everything that is said, even though she does not speak herself. Therefore, good knowledge of Swedish is important for effective communication, following instructions, and ensuring that everyday life runs smoothly.
The work requires commitment, responsibility, and stability, but also provides the opportunity to truly make a difference in someone's life. As her assistant, you will ensure that everyday life flows, handle unexpected situations with calmness and professionalism, and create a safe and meaningful existence.
⭐ Who are you?We believe that you:Have a natural caring ability and notice the little extra things.
Have experience in personal assistance or training as a nursing assistant – meritorious but not required.
Have a driver's license and your own car – meritorious, but there are good bus connections if you do not have a car.
Stable and responsible – takes responsibility for everyday life and handles various situations with calmness and professionalism.
Physical and flexible – can assist with transfers and practical tasks in a safe and secure manner.
Communicative – experience or interest in alternative communication; good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
Positive and warm – creates good relationships, has a sense of humor, and contributes to a pleasant working environment.
Non-smoker – contributes to a healthy and pleasant working environment for everyone.
📅 Start date: Immediately.
📊 Employment rate: Includes 40 hours per week including on-call duty.
⏳ Agreement: Introduction shifts and about two months of hourly employment before regular employment rate is assigned, provided that everything has gone well. This gives you a chance to feel secure and well-prepared for your new role.
🕒 Work shifts: Day and evening shifts, fixed awake night shifts, and night shifts with on-call duty, including work on weekends.
