The Social Administration includes elderly care, home healthcare, disability services, and individual and family care. Within IFO, we work with support for individuals and families in various life situations. We are in a development phase where we strengthen our work with early and needs-based interventions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The position includes reception functions, harmful use and dependency issues, as well as domestic violence. As a social worker, you will be responsible for investigations and decision-making based on SoL and handling according to LVM. The work also includes follow-up of approved interventions. You have good knowledge of the handling process and documentation. You are well-versed in the legislation that governs the work. You will have individual client meetings and collaborate with internal and external actors. The Adult Unit strives to work in accordance with the National Guidelines for addiction and dependency care. ASI (Addiction Severity Index) is implemented in the unit and we have data support via ASI-Net.

At the Adult Unit, we are a close-knit team consisting of 10 social workers, one senior social worker, and one unit manager. The unit also has a social administrator.

The reception service in our municipality is shared between two social workers. You will closely collaborate with your colleague regarding inflow and distribution.

In line with the new Social Services Act, there is also a requirement for interventions at an early stage and before problems have escalated. Therefore, we have divided the reception between the Adult and the Children and Youth Unit. You are therefore expected to closely collaborate with the Children and Youth Unit to jointly free up social services resources at an early stage.

QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements:

• Degree in Social Work
• Driver's license (B)
• Several years of experience in public authority within social services

Meritorious:

• Experience working in the Lifecare operational system
• Experience working according to IBIC (Individual's Needs in Center) or similar process models.

You have a good ability to collaborate and build relationships, and you work in a structured manner with a professional approach. You express yourself well in spoken and written Swedish and have a confident communicative ability.
