Personal Assistant Night Substitute 75%

We need you who want to work awake at night and on a longer substitute position at 75%. You have experience in care and are flexible as we cover for each other within the assistance group. Here, there is already a fantastic group of very dedicated colleagues and personal assistants. They are the ones who daily ensure that life works for our client who lives with their partner in a villa, centrally located in Falköping.

About the Job

The work as a personal assistant takes place in the client's home or wherever the client is located. The personal assistant's tasks primarily include hygiene, assistance during meals, training, cleaning, and recreational activities.

The Assistant's Role and Experience

Respect, care, and nursing in a fine combination are what your future colleagues deliver daily and what is expected of you. We need you to be responsible, secure, and attentive. Your personality is very important, and we want you and others around you to describe you as loyal, engaged, and with positive energy.

We want you to be considerate, thorough, and empathetic. You also need to work well with colleagues as you often work two assistants together. We document for all our clients, which requires good knowledge of Swedish.

Desirable Experience

• Experience in similar work.
• Experience in care.

Requirements for the Position

• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Driver's license.

Working Hours/Employment Rate

• Substitute position at 75% with shifts scheduled for awake nights.
• As we cover for each other within the assistance group, you should be flexible for both night/evening shifts for extra shifts as needed.
• Immediate start with introduction.
