About You

On behalf of our client at Bohus Björkö, we are looking for a personal assistant who is attentive to our client's needs and wishes.

It is important for us that you connect with the client you will be working with and that you are responsive to the client's needs and wishes. You should be empathetic and respect the client's integrity. You have a good sense of humor and are ready to make your own decisions. You are responsible and easy to collaborate with.

The client is a man in his 60s living alone in his apartment in Bohus Björkö, he needs help with all ADL as he suffers from a muscle wasting disease. He can speak and enjoys outings such as car shows, going to the city, watching movies, and taking walks.

Personal assistance is provided around the clock with sleeping on-call.

Your Responsibilities

Host machine, KAD, Cpap, Insulin, paryboy, medication, good nutrition.

The assistance primarily takes place in the client's home but also involves accompanying the client on activities outside the home. You will work in a supportive and motivating manner. Training will be provided on-site and through Monument Assistans.

We are now looking for someone interested in filling in as needed and for summer jobs, with the possibility of fixed shifts on weekends after the summer. Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is a requirement.
