JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for someone who is almost finished with the nursing program and wants to try out the municipality's health and medical care work this summer.
For those who work more than 240 hours during June, July, and August (15/6-23/8), a bonus of 7000 SEK will be provided.
You will work alongside the municipality's nurses and assist with their assessments and planning. The tasks include performing health and medical care duties delegated by a nurse, physiotherapist, and occupational therapist according to the Health and Medical Services Act. The tasks are usually carried out independently but also in collaboration with a nurse.
Some examples of tasks:
- some medication management
- risk assessments for falls, pressure injuries, malnutrition
- monitoring health status
- administering insulin/fragmin
- venous and capillary blood sampling
- blood pressure monitoring
- wound dressing
- catheter changes and catheter flushing
- stoma care
- tube feeding
QUALIFICATIONS
It is important to be attentive, flexible, and genuinely interested in people.
Collaborating and contributing to a positive work environment among colleagues is a given for you.
You should be able to read, speak, and express yourself in writing in Swedish fluently.
Experience and/or education in healthcare is a requirement.
You must have completed at least the fifth semester of the nursing program.
Grades from the nursing education for all completed semesters.
Driver's license B
