Home Care Service in Funäsdalen

The Home Care Service in Funäsdalen offers you a job where you are an important part of creating a safe and stimulating environment for our clients in elderly care within Härjedalen Municipality, where we work with relevant tasks in care and support from a salutogenic approach. You will work 26 hours per week with a full-time salary, and the working hours are mainly alternating from Friday to Sunday or Saturday to Monday.

Job Responsibilities

Provide support to our clients in their daily lives, including personal care, assistance with meals, laundry, medication management, and transfers.
Be an important link between various care providers and relatives.

Qualifications

Requirements:

Trained nursing assistant or caregiver with experience in care and support.
Valid driver's license (B).

Desirable:

Medication delegation.
