We are now looking for a licensed occupational therapist who is motivated by seeing people develop! To thrive in this role, we see that you want to work in a structured and creative way to identify the best pathways for individuals to enter the labor market. Your work will be carried out within the framework of the service 'Steps to Employment', where a group of participants receives practical guidance and labor market knowledge through both individual conversations and group activities. • Coordinate and conduct assessments of work ability
• Guide participants to a suitable career path and help them find appropriate work trials/workplaces
• Handle administrative work related to the assignment
• Contribute to the development of the organization and its methods
• Create a positive experience for participants and contribute to well-being and motivation

• Are a licensed occupational therapist
• Have experience working with occupational therapy tools: MOHOST, DOA, WRI, AWC, AWP
• Have good labor market knowledge and local insight
• Have excellent Swedish in both spoken and written form
• Are structured, attentive, and goal-oriented
