Job Responsibilities

Personal care; for example, assistance with hygiene, dressing, and meals.
Support with transfers and medication management according to delegation.
Documentation in systems such as VIVA or Intra Phone.
Collaboration with nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists.
Planning and implementation of services according to care plans and implementation plans.
Contact person role and cooperation with relatives.
Participation in the development of the operation and work with the values.

Qualifications

Requirements:

Trained nursing assistant or at least one year of experience in care and support.
Driver's license B.
Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
Computer skills and experience with documentation systems.

Meritorious:

Experience working in elderly care, dementia care, or palliative care.
Medication delegation.
Knowledge of South Sami or experience with Sami culture.
Experience in rehabilitation and transfer knowledge.
