Job Responsibilities

  • Personal care; for example, assistance with hygiene, dressing, and meals.
  • Support with transfers and medication management according to delegation.
  • Documentation in systems such as VIVA or Intra Phone.
  • Collaboration with nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists.
  • Planning and implementation of services according to care plans and implementation plans.
  • Contact person role and cooperation with relatives.
  • Participation in the development of the operation and work with the values.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Trained nursing assistant or at least one year of experience in care and support.
  • Driver's license B.
  • Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
  • Computer skills and experience with documentation systems.

Meritorious:

  • Experience working in elderly care, dementia care, or palliative care.
  • Medication delegation.
  • Knowledge of South Sami or experience with Sami culture.
  • Experience in rehabilitation and transfer knowledge.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
