About the position

We are currently seeking 3 companions in Vaxholm. The positions vary in employment degree, where we are looking for one companion who can work 60 hours/month, one who can work 15 hours/month, and one companion who can work 8 hours/month. If you are interested in several of these positions, they can be combined.

The work as a companion is an active, social, and eventful job where you accompany and/or create activities together with our customer. This could include going for a walk, attending a pre-planned activity, or having coffee at a café.

Working hours are scheduled as follows:

• A schedule with regular meetings is built in consultation and dialogue with the customer and project manager, based on the hours our customer has been granted per month.

About you

As a companion with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and meaningful everyday life for our customer. You will be an important part of their life and contribute to their independence and well-being.

We believe that you who are applying for this position are a person who is attentive, responsible, flexible, and cooperative. The most important thing is that there is personal chemistry between you as an applicant and the customer. This can be decisive in the final selection.

It is required that you

• Master the Swedish language well, both spoken and written.

Scope: Part-time. Number of positions: 3. Start date: Immediately, as agreed. Selection and interviews are ongoing and the positions will be filled as soon as possible. Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
