We are now looking for part-time and summer substitutes for our team at Sankta Birgittas gata. We offer a developing job where you can make a difference! The position is for part-time substitutes who can work mainly during the summer of 2026, weeks 26-33.

About Sankta Birgittas gata Sankta Birgittas gata in Lödöse is a service residence according to 9 § 9 housing with special services for adults. The facility houses individuals with autism, ADHD, intellectual disabilities in combination with substance abuse and mental health issues.

The facility is centrally located in Lödöse with proximity to public transport via bus and train. In the center, there is a pizzeria, grocery store, hairdresser, and just outside the center, there is Lödöse Museum with a café.

The workgroup consists of employees with extensive experience who collaborate closely with each other. To work with us, you need a driver's license as several of our clients have activities where it is not feasible to rely solely on public transport. When possible, we use public transport for our clients' development and independence.

During the summer, clients engage in individual activities based on their interests and are offered the opportunity to participate in group activities. These may include Liseberg, restaurant visits, flea markets, barbecue evenings, competitions at a nearby riding school, and more. It is fun and exciting for both clients and employees to carry out these activities.

About the role In the role of part-time and summer substitute, you will base your work on the individual needs and wishes of the residents and provide support in daily life from a pedagogical perspective. Together with other employees, you will work towards making the day meaningful and enriching. You will support and guide with personal care, meals, medication management, cleaning, community contacts, and communication. An important part of the job is to stimulate and motivate the resident to develop their abilities and create opportunities for an active and meaningful leisure time. Your tasks also include documenting and ensuring that you work according to the individual's implementation plan.

Working hours are scheduled during the day, evenings, weekends, and sleeping shifts.

You will have a manager who is actively present in the facility as close support.

Your experience and knowledge We prefer that applicants have previous experience working with the target group. You should have good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form, good computer skills, and preferably experience with documentation. Otherwise, your CV is not the most important. If you have the right qualities, we will provide you with support and opportunities to grow.
