We are now looking for part-time and summer substitutes for our team at Tingbergsvägen and Hasselvägen. We offer a developing job where you can make a difference!

About Tingbergsvägen and Hasselvägen The operations are group homes according to 9 § 9 LSS for adults and are located in Lödöse and Nygård in Lilla Edet municipality. The operations are aimed at adults with diagnoses such as autism, ADHD, intellectual disabilities, and more.

In Lödöse, you will find a small center with a pizzeria, grocery store, hairdresser, and just outside the center is the Lödöse Museum with a café. In Lödöse, you have access to public transport via bus and train. In Nygård, nature is right at your doorstep. You can sit and see moose, deer, hares, foxes, and more. There is limited public transport here, which means that you working with us at Hasselvägen should have a driver's license and access to your own car.

In both operations, there are employees with extensive experience with the target group. There are trained nursing assistants, preschool teachers, and more.

About the role In the role of part-time and summer substitute, you will start from the residents' individual needs and wishes and provide support in daily life based on a pedagogical approach. Together with other employees, you will work towards the goal of making the day meaningful and enriching. You will support and guide with personal care, meals, medication management, cleaning, community contacts, and communication. An important part of the work is to stimulate and motivate the resident to develop their abilities and create opportunities for an active and meaningful leisure time. Your tasks will also include documentation.

The working hours are scheduled during the day, evenings, weekends, and awake nights. You will have a group leader or group manager close to you who spends part of their time working in the operations.

Your experience and knowledge You who are applying preferably have previous experience with the target group. You have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing, good computer skills, and experience with documentation. Otherwise, your CV is not the most important. If you have the right qualities, we will support you and provide you with the opportunity to grow.

You have a positive outlook, a strong commitment to people, and are responsible. You enjoy working in a team and supporting your colleagues, always keeping our users' best interests in mind in everything you do.

You must have a driver's license (as the operations carry out many activities where public transport does not always work).

At Nytida, we are in constant development. With us, you can grow as a person while making a difference for others. Our culture is permeated by our values – respect, responsibility, simplicity, and knowledge.

What you get with us:

  • Benefits portal with discounts and offers

  • Leadership-trained managers close to you

  • A common pedagogy to provide the best care and support to our care recipients

  • Career and development opportunities

  • Collective agreement
