Solåkrabyn is a non-profit association that provides social therapeutic LSS services for adults in Järna, Mölnbo, and Selaön in Stallarholmen.

Qualifications

You need to have a care and nursing education, equivalent training, or experience working in care and nursing. Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is required due to extensive documentation and communication, computer skills, and a B driver's license are necessary.

Experience with Alternative and Augmentative Communication (AAC) and experience working with individuals with disabilities is considered an asset.

The tasks involve supporting, motivating, and stimulating the resident's ability to perform daily life activities and creating conditions for a meaningful life. Daily written documentation is part of the job.

Working hours: Scheduled working hours, evenings, weekends, and on-call duties.

The position is part-time, approximately 97%.

We apply a 6-month probationary period.
