The Individual and Family Care department aims to work more with working conditions and health factors, have close and engaged leadership, develop processes within the work, and implement new legislation. Together, we will create good conditions to meet future challenges and needs.

In the Adult Reception and Economics unit, 11 employees are divided into two groups: adult reception and economics group. We are now looking for a social worker for the adult reception group.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a social worker with us, your main tasks will include receiving new applications for financial assistance and reports/applications regarding dependency, domestic violence, and social psychiatry. You will handle new visits for financial assistance and make updates with preliminary assessments in the mentioned case types.

The position includes on-call duty after office hours according to a schedule. We apply flexible working hours and the possibility of remote work. We also offer wellness grants and the option to exchange vacation day allowances for extra paid leave.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a degree in social work or equivalent higher education. Experience in financial assistance and reception work, or other areas within social services, is an advantage.

We see that you have a good ability to express yourself in speech and writing. Great importance is placed on your personal suitability and your personal qualities such as flexibility, collaboration, and initiative.

A driver's license (B) is a requirement.
