At Inkludera Assistans, we are looking for someone to support us as a substitute worker.

About the job:

You will work with a wonderful and cheerful man in his 60s who lives in a villa with his wife. The client can communicate and advocate for himself and will provide more detailed information regarding routines and tasks. Activities take place outside the home, and you will also assist him in performing his work.

Your work is characterized by responsibility in meetings and interactions with other people, so we will place great importance on your personality and the chemistry between you and the client.

Schedule:

Working hours are Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM, with evenings and weekends possible.

A driver's license is required as the client has his own car. 

You should be proficient in the Swedish language in both speech and writing.

Experience:

You who are applying have previously worked in care and support or personal assistance. 

You should have a strong work ethic, be calm and secure in yourself, and have a positive attitude towards making a difference for someone else.

Other:

Introduction will take place to assess the interaction and security between you both in daily routines.
