Omtanken Assistans provides personal assistance for individuals with disabilities who have been granted assistance under LSS or SFB. We strive to be an organization where everyone thrives, including customers, relatives, and staff. To achieve this, we focus on quality rather than quantity. We want everyone at Omtanken to feel a sense of community, and therefore we ensure close collaboration at all levels.
We are now looking for substitutes for one of our wonderful clients in Sundsvall who can step in during regular assistants' vacations/sickness and for the upcoming summer holidays.
Job Description:
You will work for and with a cheerful woman living in Sundsvall. This woman, who has autism, needs your help as an assistant to structure and support her in all daily activities. This includes assistance with meals, personal hygiene, and managing her own household with all the chores it entails. Additionally, you will help create a meaningful leisure time. Calmness and structure are the keys to success in this assistance.
The working hours are scheduled for shifts with sleeping on-call.
As an assistant to this woman, you must...
- be able to adopt the routines and working methods that apply in the group
- be able to work calmly and responsively
It is also advantageous if you...
- have experience working as a personal assistant
- have experience with autism
