Kura Omsorg is now looking for several dedicated and caring hourly substitutes who want to work as personal assistants in Örnsköldsvik. With us, you will have the opportunity to work closely with people and make a real difference in their everyday lives. As a personal assistant, you provide support in everything from daily routines to leisure activities – always with the goal that the person you work with can live as independently and meaningfully as possible.

WORKING AS A PERSONAL ASSISTANT

As a personal assistant, you work in the user's home and support them with what they need in their daily life. This may include personal care, assistance during meals, household chores, or accompanying them on activities and errands outside the home.

We are looking for someone who has a genuine interest in people and who thrives in a role where you can contribute with care, commitment, and security. You are attentive, responsible, and flexible – and you find it easy to collaborate with both colleagues and clients.

We place great importance on your personal qualities and how you match the individuals you work with. Experience in care or personal assistance is an advantage, but the most important thing is that you have the right attitude and willingness to do a good job.

Employment Rate: Hourly substitute

Number of Positions: 6. Start Date: As agreed, we would like you to start the introduction immediately.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations according to collective agreements.

To be employed with us at Kura Omsorg, you need to have a BankID and agree to use your BankID in the service. A prerequisite for starting employment with us is that you can present valid ID and submit a personal certificate as well as any documents that prove your right to work in Sweden. You can easily download a personal certificate from the Swedish Tax Agency's website. Due to the nature of the job, which may involve solo work, night shifts, and tasks that according to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2012:3) cannot be performed by minors, you must be at least 18 years old to work as a personal assistant.

If you want to work with children and young people under 18, you must present a criminal record extract.
