ABOUT THE POSITION

At Rehabassistans, we are looking for you who want to work as a Personal Assistant on a permanent full-time basis (80-100%) with our client in Härnösand.

The working hours are 24-hour shifts, which means:

• 11:00 AM – 11:00 AM (with a 6-hour waiting period)

Start date is by agreement.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

The client is a man in his 60s, interested in sports shown on TV and spending time outdoors in nature.

Duties include:

• Mobility assistance, help with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing.

• Standard household chores

• Exercise, accompaniment

The client uses a shower chair and a manual wheelchair.

REQUIREMENTS

• Very good proficiency in Swedish

• Valid driver's license and access to a personal car (the client lives just outside Härnösand)

• Non-smoker

• Experience working as a Personal Assistant

Employment level: 80–100%

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with the collective agreement.

A prerequisite for starting employment with us is that you can present a valid ID document and/or submit a certificate of personal details (personbevis) as well as any documents proving your right to work in Sweden. You can easily download the certificate of personal details from the Swedish Tax Agency's website. To work as a Personal Assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.

If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present an extract from the criminal record. From March 1, 2026, new regulations will apply, meaning the register check will include both extracts from the criminal record and the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Swedish Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so it is advisable to order well in advance.
