ABOUT THE POSITION

We at Rehabassistans are looking for you who want to work as a personal assistant at approx. 37.5% for our client in Ullånger. You work on Mondays and Thursdays according to the times below:

• Mondays 09:00-17:00 and Thursdays 09:00-16:00

There are breaks in the schedule during the Christmas and New Year holidays as well as during the summer (June to end of August). During these periods, the assistance is handled by relatives.

Start date is August 31st, where we would appreciate it if you could start the introduction before then.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

The client is an active woman in her mid-60s. She enjoys being out in nature, orienteering, exercising, and spending time with her family. Our client needs your help as an assistant in her daily life as she is paralyzed and uses a wheelchair.

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid driver's license (Category B)

• Not allergic to pets; a cat lives in the home

• Tolerate chlorinated swimming pool water

• Non-smoker

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience as a personal assistant or other care experience

• Care education or equivalent

Employment level: 1 permanent position at 37.5% starting August 1st.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with the collective agreement.

To be employed by us at Rehabassistans, you need to have a BankID and approve using your BankID in the role. A prerequisite for starting employment with us is that you, as the applicant, can present a valid ID and/or submit a tax certificate (personbevis) as well as any documents proving the right to work in Sweden. You can easily download the tax certificate from the Swedish Tax Agency's website. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.

If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present an extract from the criminal record. From March 1, 2026, new regulations apply meaning that the register check will cover both extracts from the criminal record and the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so it is advisable to order well in advance.
